Introducing the saucepan from the Monte series, a versatile addition to your kitchen that’s perfect for preparing sauces, soups and even baking. Its excellent heat capacity, courtesy of the cast iron material, ensures an even distribution of heat. The saucepan’s thick base is designed to prevent contents from burning easily. Its black enamel interior features larger pores and a slightly rougher surface that gradually fills with oil over time, producing a non-stick patina akin to raw cast iron. This saucepan is compatible with all types of hobs, including induction hobs.
